| Price detail | What it covers |
|---|---|
| The property and rooms | The quotation covers the property size and the rooms included in the clean. We also list the cupboards and appliances being cleaned, so you can see how the price relates to your kitchen, bathrooms and remaining rooms. |
| Carpets and deposit decisions | Specialist carpet treatment needs to be listed separately in the quotation. The cleaning price is for the work described; return of a deposit is decided by the landlord or agent and is not guaranteed by a cleaning appointment. |
| The total before booking | We confirm the property details, cleaning tasks, any minimum that applies and the final total before the appointment. Tell us about extra appliances or rooms while arranging the clean so these can be included in the price you receive. |
MOVE-OUT CLEANING
From the kitchen to the final bedroom.

| Task | Our work |
|---|---|
| Kitchen surfaces and cupboards | We clean the kitchen surfaces, cupboard fronts and interiors included in the booking. We wipe away food splashes and dirt around the worktops and sink, and clean the appliances listed in your quotation. Empty cupboard interiors let us reach the inside surfaces. |
| Bathroom fittings | We clean the toilet, basin, bath or shower and the surrounding bathroom surfaces included in the visit. The work covers dirt and everyday residue on the fittings, with care around damaged sealant, loose parts or a delicate finish. |
| Bedrooms, living rooms and floors | We work through the bedrooms and living spaces in your booking, cleaning their surfaces and floors. We clean around any furniture that remains and include the clear floor areas, with private stairs, landings or extra rooms discussed before the appointment. |
| Your property | What the visit involves |
|---|---|
| The complete room list | We include every room agreed for the handover, including extra toilets, a study or a separate dining room where requested. An inventory or agent’s checklist can help identify the fittings that need attention. We discuss appliance interiors and carpet treatment individually, alongside the cleaning of the rooms. |
| Furniture and belongings | We clean empty homes and discuss cleaning around furniture remaining in the property. Cupboards and appliance interiors need to be emptied for the inside work booked. Let us know which belongings will stay so we can explain the floor and furniture surfaces that can be reached during the clean. |
| Keys and the handover date | We arrange the appointment around the date you need to return the keys, subject to availability. Tell us when removals finish and who will open the property. We confirm the appointment with you, including any key collection or entry details needed before the cleaning can begin. |
| Cleaning and the checkout | We clean the rooms, fittings and appliances listed for the appointment. Wear, missing contents and damage may also appear on a checkout report, but they are separate from removing dirt. We can discuss the cleaning items on your checklist; the landlord or agent makes the deposit decision. |
DURING THE CLEAN
How we clean the rental home.

| Part of the clean | What we do |
|---|---|
| Start with the rooms being handed over | We use the room and appliance list agreed when you booked. This includes any extra bathroom, private staircase or utility room you have requested, as well as the main living spaces. We check what furniture and belongings remain before cleaning the surfaces and floor around them. |
| Clean clear surfaces and empty storage | We clean the furniture surfaces and cupboard interiors included in the appointment. Empty units let us wipe their inside surfaces without moving food, clothing or personal possessions. Closed private storage is left alone, and heavy furniture movement is discussed separately before the visit. |
| Clean kitchen cupboards and appliances | We wipe worktops, clean around the sink and work through the cupboards and appliances on the quotation. An oven, fridge or second freezer needs its own entry on the list. We clean the kitchen floor around the units and equipment staying in place. |
| Clean the bathroom fittings | We clean the toilet, basin, bath or shower and the surrounding surfaces listed for the room. Everyday splashes and soap residue receive attention around fittings and ledges. We clean the open floor as well, taking account of new finishes and any damaged fittings you have pointed out. |
| Work through bedrooms and living spaces | We clean the surfaces and floors in the included bedrooms and living areas. If furnishings remain, we work around them and clean the floor that can be reached. Specialist treatment of carpet or upholstery is carried out only when included as an additional service in the quotation. |
| Give built-up dirt extra attention | A well-used kitchen or bathroom can need longer than a lightly used spare room. We discuss heavier grease, deposits and stains before the appointment so the time reflects the home you are leaving. Scratched finishes, broken fittings and worn surfaces are noted separately from the dirt being cleaned. |
| Look over the cleaning before handover | We look over the rooms and appliances included in the visit. You can ask about a particular surface or remaining mark and refer to the same cleaning list used when booking. Any repair issue or extra treatment can then be discussed separately from the completed room cleaning. |
BEFORE MOVING DAY
Arranging your move-out clean.
| Before the visit | What to tell us |
|---|---|
| Rooms, appliances and the moving date | Give us the property size, number of bathrooms and the date you need to hand back the keys. Include each appliance you would like cleaned and share any cleaning points from the inventory. This helps us price the work across the home, from extra fittings to a second fridge or freezer. |
| Photographs and care notes | Room photographs show the floors, fittings and furniture that will remain. Close views of kitchen grease, bathroom deposits or other concerns help us discuss extra attention. Keep instructions for delicate worktops or new flooring available and mention damage to doors, shelves or other parts before the visit. |
| Keys and getting inside | Confirm who will open the property and any communal door, fob or locked room needed for cleaning. If an agent or friend holds the keys, check the arrangement with them. We also need a contact who can answer questions about the appliances and rooms during the appointment. |
| Time between removals and handover | Where possible, arrange for removals and decorating to finish before cleaning. Let us know if people will still be carrying furniture through the rooms or using a bedroom. We discuss your preferred day and confirm an available appointment before you plan the key handover around it. |
| Changes to the moving plans | Tell us if furniture will now stay, another room needs cleaning or an appliance is added after the first enquiry. Removing belongings can reveal dirt previously hidden beneath them. Updated photographs help us explain whether the work or price needs adjusting before the appointment goes ahead. |

RENTAL HOMES
Empty rooms or furniture staying.
Cleaning for the home you are leaving.

| Your move | Cleaning to arrange |
|---|---|
| An empty flat | With belongings removed, we can clean the open floors and the empty cupboard interiors included in the quotation. List the kitchen appliances and every bathroom fitting, including a separate shower or toilet. We work through the rooms being handed over and discuss any marks needing more than the normal room cleaning. |
| A furnished house | Where beds, sofas and wardrobes remain, we clean the rooms around those pieces and the surfaces available. We include the bedrooms, living rooms and floors listed for the visit, with kitchen and bathroom cleaning alongside them. Carpet treatment, fabric cleaning and extra appliance interiors are individually identified so you know what the appointment covers. |
| A move with a fixed key-return date | Tell us the date and time the keys must be returned and when the property will be available after removals. We check appointment availability and discuss the room and appliance list before confirming. If decorating or repairs are still being completed, we can talk through the timing so the clean follows that work. |
SERVICE QUESTIONS
Questions about end of tenancy cleaning.
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| What information do you need for a move-out quote? | Send the property size, bathroom count, photographs and the appliances you want cleaned. Mention furniture that will stay and the handover date. If your agent has listed particular cleaning points, share them so we can discuss those alongside the rooms and floors. |
| Can you clean while furniture is still there? | Yes, we can discuss a furnished-property clean. Tell us which large pieces remain and empty the cupboard or appliance interiors you have booked. We explain what can be reached around the furniture and agree any additional moving separately before the appointment. |
| Can my agent or a friend let you in? | We can agree entry with a nominated keyholder. Confirm that they have the keys or fob needed and give us their contact details. Check the date and timing with us before arranging for someone else to wait at the property. |
| Is specialist carpet cleaning included? | It needs to be listed in the quotation. Tell us which carpeted rooms or stairs need treatment and whether furniture remains on them. We can then distinguish ordinary floor cleaning from the extra carpet service when confirming your booking and price. |
| How should I leave the kitchen before the clean? | Remove personal food, dishes and stored items from the cupboard and appliance interiors being cleaned. Ask us how to prepare each appliance before the visit. Keep landlord-owned items separate if they are staying and let us know about anything that should remain untouched. |
| Can a move-out clean guarantee the return of my deposit? | No. We clean the rooms and items in your booking, but the landlord or agent decides on the deposit. Their checkout may also consider damage, missing contents and other matters beyond cleaning. Share the cleaning checklist with us so those tasks are clearly recorded. |
