Your jet-washing quotation
Price detailWhat it includes
Surface and areaWe quote for washing the outdoor hard surfaces included in your appointment. Tell us the approximate area and describe separate paths, steps or paved sections. We check the material and condition as well as the layout before agreeing the work and price.
Additional finishing workSealing, re-sanding and repairs are not included unless specifically quoted. We discuss these separately from removing surface dirt. If you have plans for later paving work, mention them when arranging the visit so the washing can be considered alongside those dates.
The complete booking totalWe confirm the area-based price for the work agreed, any minimum that applies and the total before booking. A path or another paved section can be added by agreement after its material and size have been discussed. Any change to the price is explained first.

PAVING AND PATH CLEANING

Jet washing the hard surfaces outside.

Jet Washing — cleaning scope
The work on your booked areas
Part of the cleanWhat we do
Check the paved areaWe review the paths, paving or other hard surfaces you would like cleaned, looking at their material and current condition. We discuss loose sections, worn finishes and the marks that concern you before agreeing where jet washing can be carried out.
Wash away surface dirtWe wash accumulated dirt from the hard surfaces included in the visit. The cleaning follows the areas and edges agreed in the quotation, with the material and neighbouring finishes taken into account. Separate sections are identified before work is extended to them.
Review the cleaned surfaceWe look over the washed area and discuss any remaining mark or concern about the material. A damaged surface may need repair, and some discolouration can remain after washing. We identify those parts so you know which issues need attention beyond the cleaning.
The paving, edges and finishes involved
Around the areaHow we approach the clean
Paths, steps and separate sectionsWe list the paths, steps and paved areas being washed and discuss where they join. Their sizes help with the quotation, while photographs show corners, changes in level and fixed items. This lets us describe the cleaning across the space you want included, rather than just give a square-metre figure.
The surface under the dirtWe inspect the material and discuss any loose parts or damaged finish before washing. Share product or installer information if available, especially where the paving has been treated. We can then explain whether jet washing is appropriate for that area and what needs a separate assessment.
Edges beside fixed itemsWe discuss the edges that can be reached around planting, furniture and adjoining surfaces. Tell us which parts should remain untouched and which items will stay in place. We clean the area agreed with you, taking those neighbouring finishes and permanent obstacles into account.
Sealing, re-sanding and repairsJet washing is quoted separately from any additional finishing treatment or repair. If you would like sealing or re-sanding, it must be specifically included before that work is carried out. We explain the area rate for the agreed cleaning and confirm the total, including any minimum or additional charge.

THE JET-WASHING VISIT

Checking, washing and reviewing your paving.

Jet Washing — surface detail
How we work through the outdoor area
StageOur work
Confirm the surfaces to cleanWe go through the hard surfaces included in the quotation, including connecting paths or steps where listed. We check their material and the dirt to be addressed. Tell us if another part has been added or changed since the enquiry, so it can be discussed before washing begins.
Check edges and nearby finishesWe identify the edges of the cleaning area and the materials beside them. Planting, walls, fixed furniture or stored objects can affect where the surface is reached. We discuss these together with any changes in level, so the washing follows the parts included in your appointment.
Review the paving conditionWe look at loose or damaged parts and any worn finish before the area is washed. A photograph may show a mark, while the visit lets us see the surrounding paving as well. We explain where a surface needs separate attention or is unsuitable for the planned treatment.
Wash the accumulated dirtWe jet wash the suitable areas agreed for the visit, removing accumulated surface dirt from paths and paving. The work follows the included sections and their material. If a separate area has a different finish, we discuss that before extending the clean onto it.
Look over the washed areaWe review the cleaned surface, including the reachable edges discussed when booking. You can identify a patch you were concerned about and ask about the work completed. We explain where a remaining issue relates to the material, damage or another treatment rather than the surface dirt removed.
Discuss any part needing repairWe point out remaining concerns about the paving or finish after washing. A broken slab, worn finish or damaged joint may need separate work once the dirt is removed. Repairs, re-sanding and sealing are separate from the wash unless they have been specifically included in your quotation.
Confirm the cleaning completedWe go over the areas washed and discuss any section that could not be completed as planned. This gives you a clear account of the appointment and any further work to consider. You can also ask about adding another area for a later visit after its material is checked.

ARRANGING OUTDOOR CLEANING

The details for your jet-washing appointment.

What helps us quote for the work
Before the visitWhat to tell us
Sizes and materialsSend the approximate size and material of the surfaces, including separate paths, steps and paved areas. If you do not know the material, photographs can help start the discussion. We confirm which parts are suitable and list the areas included before giving the booking total.
Wide views and close photographsA wider picture shows the whole area, including the edges, objects and neighbouring finishes. Close photographs show stains or damage in more detail. Share care information from the installer where you have it, particularly if a surface has a coating or a finish needing special treatment.
Getting to the pavingWe agree which gate or entrance will be used and who can open it. Mention narrow passages, stairs and items blocking part of the area. Move light belongings where practical and tell us about heavy furniture that will remain, so we can discuss the surfaces available for washing.
Dates and use of the areaTell us your preferred date and when the paving will be free from deliveries or other work. We confirm availability before the appointment. Mention any planned repairs or finishing treatments so the timing of the cleaning can be discussed before you arrange the rest of the work.
An extra path or changed conditionsLet us know if you want another area added or if new objects block part of the paving after the quotation. We discuss the extra size and material before including it. Any revised price or further assessment is agreed with you before the visit goes ahead.

Your paved areaThe cleaning to arrange
A path needing attentionWe can discuss washing one path and its reachable edges, with the material and any damaged sections checked first. Give the approximate length and width and show how it connects to other paving. We confirm the part included, wash the accumulated dirt and discuss any remaining concern about the surface.
Several areas around the propertyFor paving in more than one place, we list each section and any connecting paths or steps. Tell us where the materials change and which surfaces you would like left alone. We agree the suitable areas and the price together, then review the cleaned sections after washing.
Paving around permanent itemsWhere fixed furniture, planting or other structures remain beside the area, we discuss the edges and corners that can be reached. Photographs help show the space before booking. We explain which parts are included, with extra finishing work, re-sanding and repairs kept separate unless specifically quoted.

SERVICE QUESTIONS

Questions about jet washing.

Questions about jet washing
QuestionAnswer
Can you clean a path as well as a paved area?We can discuss both, including any connecting steps or separate sections. Give their approximate sizes and materials, with photographs of the whole area. We check suitability and confirm which surfaces and edges are included in the quotation before booking.
What if some paving is loose or damaged?Tell us before the appointment and send photographs showing the affected parts. We check the condition before agreeing the wash and explain if a section needs another assessment. Repairing loose or broken paving is separate from removing dirt.
Should I clear everything from the area?Move light belongings where practical and let us know about heavy or fixed items that will stay. We can discuss the edges available around them. Tell us about gates, steps and adjoining finishes as well so the visit can be arranged around the space.
How much will the complete visit cost?We confirm the area-based price for the surfaces agreed, together with any minimum and additional charges. Send the size, material and pictures so we can discuss the full total. Extra sections are priced with you before they are added to the booking.
Can washing repair a worn finish? No. We remove accumulated surface dirt from the suitable areas booked. A worn finish or lasting discolouration may remain afterwards. We discuss visible concerns with you before cleaning and identify any part needing repair or another treatment separately.
Does the price include re-sanding or sealing?Only if it is specifically listed in your quotation. Re-sanding, sealing and repairs are separate from the washing itself. Ask about them before booking so you know which work is included and what needs another arrangement after the clean.
