| Hobs and extractors | Hob, extractor and additional-appliance cleaning are separate additions. We can discuss them alongside the oven so the price lists each item you need cleaned. Appliance repairs are separate from removing grease, food residue and surface dirt. |
| Final total | Before you book, we confirm the appliance, the cleaning included and the final total, including any applicable minimum. Photographs show the size, compartments and amount of cooking residue, so the quote covers the correct oven and its parts. |

| Will oven cleaning repair chipped interior enamel? | No. We clean grease and cooking residue, but chipped enamel and corrosion can remain visible. Show the damaged area before the visit so we can discuss cleaning the surrounding parts without treating the chip as a removable mark. |
| Can an oven clean include the glass between the door panels? | Send the model details and a photograph of the door. We check its design before discussing between-panel glass, because some layers cannot be reached like the exposed glass surfaces. Point out loose or damaged components at the same time. |
| What if I need the extractor as well as the oven? | Add the extractor when asking for the price and send a photograph of it. We list that cleaning separately from the oven, so you can see which appliance parts and additions the final booking includes. |
