What your mattress-cleaning quotation includes
Price detailWork included
Mattress and treatmentWe quote for the mattress cleaning agreed after discussing the item’s size, material and condition. Tell us how many mattresses need cleaning and which surfaces or marks require attention. We confirm those details before you book the appointment.
Other parts of the bedBed frames, headboards and specialist treatments must be listed separately. Include their material and size if you want a quotation for them too. We explain which items belong to the mattress appointment and which need additional work.
The total before bookingWe confirm the mattresses, cleaning work, any minimum that applies and the full booking total before the visit. Extra bed items or another mattress can be discussed in advance, with any change to the price agreed before it is added.

MATTRESS CARE

Cleaning the mattress surfaces you include.

Mattress Cleaning — cleaning scope
The mattress-cleaning tasks
Part of the visitOur work
Check the material and marksWe inspect the mattress material and identify the areas being cleaned. A label or manufacturer’s care information helps explain its construction. We look at the visible marks and discuss previous treatments or existing damage before deciding how to clean the item.
Clean the booked surfacesWe remove accumulated dirt from the mattress surfaces agreed for the appointment, using an approach suited to the item. We discuss stains beforehand and take account of the material and condition. Headboards, frames and surrounding furniture remain separate unless included in the quotation.
Explain drying and ventilationWe explain the drying needs after the mattress is cleaned, including ventilation and when it can return to use. The advice takes account of its construction and the room conditions. Ask about these details if the bed will be needed soon after the appointment.
The mattress, marks and surrounding bed
Your bedDetails of the clean
Size and constructionWe identify each mattress and its dimensions before quoting. Tell us whether you have one item or several, and share the label or product information where available. Different construction and materials need to be considered when choosing the cleaning, even when mattresses have the same bed-size name.
Surfaces and visible stainsWe confirm which mattress surfaces are included and which marks concern you. Show long-standing stains as well as recent spills, with any torn or damaged areas identified separately. This helps us explain the cleaning and the possibility that discolouration or wear may remain after the dirt is removed.
Drying in the bedroomWe discuss the space around the bed and give drying and ventilation advice after cleaning. The mattress material and conditions in the room affect when it can be used. We explain the advice for your item rather than give the same drying time for every mattress.
Headboards and bed framesIf you want these cleaned too, we list them as additional items and discuss their materials. An upholstered headboard may have a different covering from the mattress itself. Give its size and care information so we can explain what is included and confirm the price for the extra work.

DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT

Checking, cleaning and drying advice.

Mattress Cleaning — surface detail
How we work on the mattresses booked
Part of the cleanWhat we do
Confirm each mattressWe go through the mattress list, checking the number, sizes and surfaces included in your booking. Tell us which bed each item belongs to and show the marks you would like us to look at. Any additional headboard or frame cleaning is identified separately before work begins.
Check the space around the bedWe discuss the parts of the mattress that can be reached and the available space around it. Let us know about a tight room or heavy bed components before the visit. Bedding and loose belongings can be removed from the booked surfaces, with any heavy movement agreed separately.
Examine the material and conditionWe inspect the mattress and look at its care information where available. We check the marks alongside any existing damage or discolouration, and discuss products already used. These details help us choose the cleaning appropriate to the item and explain what may remain afterwards.
Clean accumulated dirtWe clean the mattress surfaces included in the appointment using the approach agreed for their material and condition. The work addresses accumulated dirt and the marks discussed before treatment. A second mattress or another upholstered bed item is considered individually before additional cleaning is added.
Explain drying before the bed is usedWe give advice about drying and ventilation for the mattress cleaned. Tell us when the bed will be needed so we can discuss the practical timing before booking. Aftercare depends on the item and room conditions, and we explain any point you are unsure about.
Discuss remaining stains or wearWe explain any mark that remains and distinguish staining from torn fabric or another damaged part. Cleaning does not repair the mattress construction or replace worn material. If an area needs further attention, we identify its position so you can discuss the appropriate next step.
Review the mattress surfacesWe look over the work on the mattresses booked and answer questions about the areas cleaned. Keep the care information with the aftercare advice for later reference. Other bed items or specialist treatments can be discussed separately if you would like further cleaning after this appointment.

BEFORE THE MATTRESS CLEAN

Details for your visit and quotation.

What helps us arrange the appointment
Before the visitWhat to share
Mattress sizes and quantityTell us the number and size of mattresses, including dimensions if known. Give the material or product name where available and identify which surfaces need cleaning. This helps us discuss each item and confirm the cleaning price before the appointment is arranged.
Care labels and stainsSend photographs showing the whole mattress and close views of marks, together with its label or care instructions. Mention anything already applied to a stain. There is no need to lift heavy bed components to find a label; tell us if the information is unavailable.
Reaching the bedroomWe agree who will provide entry and which floor the bed is on. Mention stairs, restricted doors and furniture around the bed that will stay in place. Clear loose belongings from the areas being cleaned and discuss any help needed with movement before the visit.
Choosing a useful timeTell us your preferred date and when the bed will next be needed. We check availability before confirming and discuss drying questions with you. If someone else is opening the property, make sure they know which mattresses are included and can pass on the care information.
Another item or a new spillLet us know if another mattress needs adding or if a fresh mark appears after the enquiry. A headboard or frame also needs its own details. We discuss the revised item list, material and price before extra cleaning is included in the appointment.

Mattress Cleaning — property and access
Mattress-cleaning work we can discuss
Your bookingWhat we arrange
One mattress with visible marksWe can discuss cleaning one mattress, checking its material and the surfaces you want included. Send pictures of the whole item and the marks, with the label where available. We explain the cleaning, discuss lasting discolouration and give drying advice for the mattress after the work.
Several mattresses in the homeList each mattress separately, including its size and room. Materials and construction can differ between beds, so share the care information for each item. We confirm the surfaces and price for the group, then give advice for the mattresses cleaned rather than apply one drying time to them all.
A mattress and an upholstered headboardIf you also want the headboard cleaned, we discuss it as an additional item with its own covering and dimensions. Bed frames and specialist treatments are separately listed too. We confirm what can be included before booking, along with the price and any practical preparations around the bed.

SERVICE QUESTIONS

Questions about mattress cleaning.

Questions about mattress cleaning
QuestionAnswer
Do you need the mattress label? It is helpful if you can send it without lifting heavy components. The label or product paperwork gives information about the material and construction. If it is missing, send photographs and tell us what you know; we inspect the item before agreeing the cleaning.
Can I ask about one particular stain?Yes. Send a close photograph and a wider view showing its position, and say what caused it if known. Mention products already used. We discuss the mark with the mattress condition before treatment; some older discolouration may remain.
How long will the mattress take to dry?We explain drying and ventilation advice for the mattress and room after its cleaning. Construction and conditions affect when it can be used, so we do not give one fixed time for every bed. Tell us when you need the bed when arranging the appointment.
Is headboard cleaning included with the mattress? It needs to be listed separately. Send the headboard’s size, covering information and pictures if you want it included. We discuss its cleaning and price alongside the mattress, with bed-frame work and specialist treatments also identified individually.
What should I do before you arrive?Clear bedding and loose belongings from the mattress surfaces being cleaned, and tell us about the room around the bed. Discuss heavy movement beforehand. Keep any care information available and arrange for the agreed rooms to be opened at the appointment time.
Can you clean the bed frame as well?Ask us to include it in the quotation, with the material and size. Mattress cleaning does not automatically cover the frame or other bed furnishings. We confirm additional items and any specialist treatment separately before the visit is booked.
