The cooker and its partsWe quote for the range cooker in your kitchen, including the compartments and surfaces you need cleaned. Tell us its brand and width, and show the interior of each oven. List the racks and other components with the appliance so the price describes the whole clean.
Additional appliancesHob, extractor and other appliance cleaning are separate additions. We can discuss them when pricing the range, with each item listed in the total. Repairs remain separate from cleaning, including problems with a door, control or cooking function.
Your booking totalWe confirm the cooker cleaning, any additions and the final total before the appointment, including any applicable minimum. Photographs of the range and its open compartments help us discuss the amount of residue and the parts that need attention.

INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE RANGE

TaskOur work
Separate oven compartmentsWe check how many cooking compartments your range has and which ones need cleaning. A smaller side oven and a larger main oven can have different amounts of residue. We include the listed interiors and their components together.
Cooking residue insideWe clean grease and accumulated cooking deposits from the interiors and components we can reach. Particular marks can be pointed out before the visit, alongside any existing damage to the lining or loose parts that affect handling.
Doors and front surfacesWe clean the doors and exterior surfaces included with the range. The exposed glass, handles and front are discussed with the interior cleaning, taking account of the finish and the condition of the appliance.
Different cooker layouts and the cleaning they need
Part of the rangeOur cleaning work
Width and compartment layoutWe clean the range by its own layout, with each oven included in the quote. Tell us the brand, width and number of compartments, and show any smaller cooking section alongside the main oven. These details help us cover the doors and interior areas that belong to your particular cooker.
Interiors and removable partsWe clean the listed oven interiors and accessible components. Give the number of racks and show parts stored outside the cooker as well as those already fitted. We discuss the hob and extractor separately, so you can include them with the range while seeing each appliance in the total.
Grease and baked-on depositsWe work on the cooking residue across the included interiors, giving attention to the build-up shown in your photographs. A regularly used compartment may need more cleaning than another oven beside it. We also look at the doors and exterior for cooking marks, with care around existing worn or damaged finishes.
Your range cooker quoteWe give an individual quote for the cooker, its components and the cleaning you choose. Wider appliances and different compartment layouts need their own details. Send a photograph showing the complete front as well as the open ovens, so we can discuss the cleaning of the range as a whole.

CLEANING THE COOKER

StageWhat we do
Looking inside each ovenWe look at the cooking deposits in each compartment and check the components included for cleaning. Show a heavily used oven as well as a lightly used side compartment. We discuss the dirt across both, with their doors and racks included in the same appliance list.
Checking the interior finishWe look at the interior finish and any care information you have for the range. Point out worn lining, a damaged component or a loose fitting. We explain which interior parts can be reached for cleaning and take care around the condition already there.
Cleaning the compartmentsWe remove grease and cooking deposits from the included interiors. Each compartment is checked separately, including the residue you have highlighted. The size of the opening and the cooker design affect the parts we can reach, so photographs of the open doors are useful before booking.
Cleaning the componentsWe clean the accessible components listed with your range. Tell us about spare racks or other oven parts you keep elsewhere and would like included. We discuss their condition and handling with the main interiors, keeping all of the cooker parts together on your cleaning list.
Cleaning the doors and frontWe clean the door surfaces and exterior areas included in your quote. Cooking residue around a door can differ from marks on the front of the range. Show both when asking for the clean, including any surface finish that has its own care instructions.
Care around existing damageWe take care around existing damage and worn finishes when cleaning the range. A chipped lining or faulty door needs separate repair attention. Let us know about those problems beforehand so we can discuss the cleaning around them and explain any part that cannot be handled normally.
Looking over the cookerWe look over the cleaned compartments, components and doors with the appliance list. If a mark remains, point out which oven and where it is. We can discuss that part directly, along with any area that could not be reached and any separate appliance added to the visit.

BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT

Getting ready for range cooker cleaning

Appliance details, photographs and room to reach the cooker
Before we arriveInformation to share
Brand, width and oven countSend the brand and model if known, the width of the range and the number of cooking compartments. List each oven needing attention and tell us whether the hob or extractor also needs cleaning. We use those details to put together the cooker cleaning and its additions.
Photos of the cookerPhotograph the complete range with the doors closed, then show the interiors and racks. Add close-ups of heavy deposits or loose parts. Care instructions for the finish are useful too, especially where the exterior or oven lining needs particular handling.
Reaching the applianceTell us how to enter the kitchen and whether the oven doors can open fully. Show items stored beside or in front of the range and explain which will be cleared. If a keyholder provides entry, arrange for them to have the appliance details and the appointment time.
The date you needGive us your preferred date and any time you need the kitchen available again. We confirm the appointment before the visit. If cleaning is being arranged around moving home or other work in the kitchen, tell us when the cooker will be ready to reach.
Adding another itemContact us before the appointment if you add another appliance or extra cooker parts. Updated photographs can show the change clearly. We discuss the additional cleaning and confirm the revised total, so the list includes the range and everything else you need cleaned.

SERVICE QUESTIONS

Range cooker cleaning questions

Quotes, compartments and cooker components
QuestionAnswer
Do you need the range model to give me a quote? The model is useful, together with the width, oven count and photographs. If you cannot find it, send a clear view of the cooker front and each open compartment so we can discuss the appliance.
Can one compartment need more cleaning than the other?Yes. Show the inside of both ovens when enquiring. We can discuss the residue in each compartment and include the doors and components that need cleaning with them.
What should I do about a loose cooker door fitting?Tell us before the appointment and send a photograph. We discuss how the existing problem affects cleaning around the door. Fixing or replacing a fitting is separate from the cleaning visit.
Why does a range cooker need an individual price?Ranges differ in width, compartment count and components. We quote for the cooker and parts you need cleaned, with additional appliances listed separately, then confirm the total before the visit.
Can I include racks that are stored outside the cooker?Tell us how many extra racks you have and send a photograph when asking for the price. We can discuss cleaning those components alongside the parts already inside the ovens.
Can you add the hob and extractor to the range clean?List them with the range when enquiring. We discuss each appliance and its condition, then include the separately priced additions in the total. Appliance repairs need a separate arrangement.
