Cleaning for the layout and use of your restaurant
Restaurant spaceWhat we clean
Front-of-house surfaces and floorsWe clean the dining areas included in your restaurant appointment, with attention to their reachable surfaces and flooring. A floor plan or wider photograph shows separate dining rooms, furniture and parts covered by stored items. We discuss those areas together, so the operator can see which spaces will receive cleaning during the visit.
Preparation spaces and equipmentWe clean the listed preparation areas and kitchen equipment, taking account of their condition and care information. Show each item needing attention and the space around it. We discuss equipment cleaning separately from extraction systems, with the kitchen surfaces and floors included by area in the restaurant quote.
Rooms available between servicesWe arrange the cleaning around the times you provide for the restaurant. Tell us when staff finish using the rooms, where food will be stored and when the next service begins. If only part of the restaurant is available at a time, we can discuss those room timings before confirming the appointment.
Individual pricing for the premisesWe give a quote for the restaurant areas and cleaning tasks you choose. The size, equipment, floor layout and amount of dirt all help explain the work needed. We list the dining and kitchen cleaning together, while keeping repairs, extraction servicing and any certification separate from this cleaning visit.

DURING THE CLEAN

StageWhat we do
Looking at the restaurant roomsWe check the dining rooms and back-of-house areas included in the appointment. The operator can point out heavy dirt or particular surfaces needing attention. We discuss the equipment list and the rooms available for cleaning, keeping the dining spaces and kitchen areas clear on the same list.
Reaching surfaces and floor sectionsWe look at the surfaces and floors that can be reached around the furniture and equipment. Tell us what will be cleared before the visit and what will remain in use. This helps us discuss the cleaning of covered areas, narrow spaces and the parts beside fixed items.
Cleaning front-of-house surfacesWe clean the front-of-house surfaces included in your quote. Show the different materials and point out any care instructions, delicate finishes or existing damage. Where several dining areas are included, we discuss each with the operator, so attention goes to the spaces used by your restaurant.
Cleaning preparation and kitchen spacesWe clean the kitchen and preparation areas listed for the visit, together with the equipment you have included. Tell us about cooking residue or dirt that needs particular attention. We take account of the equipment condition and the surfaces around it when discussing the kitchen clean.
Cleaning the restaurant floorsWe clean the suitable floor areas included in the dining and kitchen spaces. Different finishes or existing damaged sections need pointing out beforehand. Show where equipment or furniture stays, so we can discuss the exposed flooring and any covered section that needs clearing before it can be cleaned.
Care around worn or faulty partsWe take care around worn surfaces and known equipment problems. Show a loose fitting, damaged finish or faulty item before cleaning starts. Cleaning removes dirt from the included areas; repairing a component or servicing a system needs separate attention from the person responsible for that equipment.
Looking over the cleaned areasWe look over the restaurant rooms and equipment included in the visit with the operator or nominated contact. A remaining concern can be pointed out by its room and position. We discuss the cleaned areas and any part that could not be reached before the restaurant returns to its usual use.
