What we clean
Room windows
We clean the window glass in the rooms you choose. Tell us whether you want the inside, outside or both sides cleaned.
Fixed panes
We clean fixed window panes where they can be reached safely. Show the window and its surroundings when asking about outside cleaning.
Multi-pane openings
We clean the included panes within larger openings. A whole-window photograph helps explain the separate glass rather than only the frame count.
Bay and corner glass
We clean the panes wanted around bay or corner openings. Show every part so the side glass is clear alongside the central pane.
Glazed doors
We clean the reachable door glass you include, such as patio or entrance glazing. List the doors and whether both sides are wanted.
Additional panels
We clean additional panels included in the quotation. Name entrance side panels or other extra glass rather than assume they follow automatically.

What we clean
Living areas
We clean inside glass wanted around living-room furniture. Clear loose possessions agreed with you and show anything that remains beside the pane.
Sleeping rooms
We clean reachable bedroom window glass. Tell us about a fixed bed, wardrobe or other furniture affecting the space around it.
Kitchen glass
We clean the included reachable kitchen panes, taking account of nearby worktops and fittings. Show particular cooking marks or unusual residue beforehand.
Bathroom glass
We clean inside bathroom panes wanted with the window service. Mention coatings or delicate coverings around the opening before the visit.
Private halls and stairs
We clean hall and stair-window glass after its position is understood. Photographs help explain height and the surrounding fittings.
Occupied rooms
We clean the glass available in the rooms included. Tell us when the window area is free and which belongings must remain untouched.
Window Cleaning
Cleaning outside glass
We need to see the space around the actual windows

What we clean
Front windows
We clean outside front panes where they can be reached safely. Show the ground and objects below as well as the glass itself.
Rear windows
We clean the rear panes included after confirming how the area can be entered. Show the garden level and nearby structures.
Side windows
We clean included side panes where reachable. Mention a narrow passage, gate or other restriction affecting that elevation.
Higher windows
We consider upper-floor outside panes individually. An opening sash does not automatically give a way to reach the outside from indoors.
Windows above roofs
Show any extension or conservatory below the windows, together with the ground around it. We check how the glass can be reached before arranging the visit.
Shared outside areas
Confirm the entry for courtyards or other shared ground needed. Cleaning private windows does not automatically include washing that shared space.
We clean reachable inside frame surfaces included with the glass, addressing ordinary dirt around the pane and its available edges.
Outside frames
We clean included outside frame surfaces where reachable. Tell us which frames wanted are additional to the glass-only request.
Indoor cills
We clean reachable cills you include once loose possessions are dealt with. Please arrange handling of pictures, ornaments and plants beforehand.
Outdoor cills
We clean reachable outside cills wanted. Show fixed containers or other objects covering part of the surface.
Painted timber
We clean surfaces of painted frames with their condition in mind. Loose coatings and decayed timber need separate repair attention.
Door frames
We clean the door frames booked with the glass, taking care of their finish. Include these frames when asking for a price for glazed doors.

List the actual items wanted

What we clean
Patio doors
We clean reachable patio-door panes included. Give their size and sides, with any nearby furniture or outside structure affecting the glass.
Entrance glazing
We clean entrance and side-panel glass wanted. Show the complete opening so its additional panes are clear before confirmation.
Room partitions
We can discuss glass partitions with the windows. Name the glass and sides wanted so this additional item is clear.
Roof panels
Show roof glazing and the surrounding structures for individual consideration. Ordinary room-window pricing does not promise every height or specialist way of reaching glass.
Conservatory panels
Identify the conservatory glazing wanted and show its position. The panels need discussion separately from the home’s ordinary room windows.
Inner panels
Tell us about another glazing layer or removable panels. Taking them out, storing and refitting them is different from cleaning an already reachable surface.
Window Cleaning
Dirt, residue and the glass finish
Tell us about unusual surfaces or marks
Window detail
What we clean
Ordinary dirt
We clean reachable glass to address the surface dirt present. A wider view and close photograph can help explain a particular dirty patch.
Decorating marks
Show paint or adhesive marks when booking, including the glass underneath. We can then explain what removal may be possible and whether it costs extra.
Applied films
Tell us about any film on the glass and share its cleaning instructions. We check the film and condition before working on those windows.
Coated or textured glass
Show the finish and care information. Different panes in the same room may not tolerate identical treatment.
Scratches
A scratch is glass damage rather than ordinary dirt. Cleaning does not polish out a damaged surface or replace the pane.
Internal misting
Moisture or marks between sealed panes are not on the reachable surface. Cleaning does not repair or open a failed sealed unit.

What we clean
Clear loose items
Deal with ornaments and other loose possessions near the panes. Identify anything that must remain untouched so the available glass is clear.
Heavy furniture
Arrange necessary heavy movement separately. The cleaner should not have to disconnect equipment or reorganise a room to expose hidden glass.
Keys and entrances
Give the property, entry contact and necessary keys. Mention locked rooms, side gates or managed entrances affecting the requested windows.
The sides wanted
List inside, outside or both for the openings. A mixed request is easier to understand when each room or elevation is named.
Current photographs
Show the present glass and surroundings. Update the information if furniture, scaffolding or building work changes the situation before the visit.
Known faults
Report stiff handles, missing keys, damaged seals and fragile finishes. Cleaning is different from repairing an opening or forcing a defective mechanism.

From £94 per property.
Give useful views of the requested elevations and any entry restrictions.
Minimum booking
£72 per booking.
The minimum applies even when the starting property price is lower. Ask for the total for your windows.
Will you detach a fitted roller blind to clean behind it?
Tell us about the blind before booking. Taking it down and refitting it needs discussing separately from cleaning the exposed glass.
Will you repaint a scratched window frame?
No. Cleaning can remove dirt from the frame, but repainting a scratched finish is a separate job.
Can you reach a high roof window?
Send photos showing the roof window and surrounding structures so we can check how it might be reached.
What if decorating leaves fresh dust after the window clean?
Later decorating can leave new dust on glass that was already cleaned. Tell us about decorating planned around the appointment.
Can I ask for additional glass without including nearby solid surfaces?
Yes. List the panes and sides you want cleaned; nearby walls, doors and floors can be left out.
